Phagun haway ronge

ফাগুন-হাওয়ায় রঙে রঙে
পাগল ঝোরা লুকিয়ে ঝরে

      গোলাপ জবা পারুল পলাশ
পারিজাতের বুকের ’পরে॥

সেইখানে মোর পরানখানি   যখন পারি বহে আনি,

নিলাজ-রাঙা পাগল রঙে রঙিয়ে নিতে থরে থরে॥

      বাহির হলেম ব্যাকুল
হাওয়ার উতল পথের চিহ্ন ধরে–

      ওগো তুমি রঙের পাগল,
ধরব তোমায় কেমন করে।

কোন্ আড়ালে লুকিয়ে রবে,   তোমায় যদি না পাই তবে

রক্তে আমার তোমার পায়ের রঙ লেগেছে কিসের তরে॥

Kon aarale lukiye rabe, tomay jodi naa paai tabe
Rakte aamar tomaar paayer rang legechhe kiser tare.
