Tomar ei madhuri

তোমার   এই মাধুরী ছাপিয়ে আকাশ ঝরবে,
আমার   প্রাণে নইলে সে কি কোথাও ধরবে?।
এই-যে আলো সূর্যে গ্রহে তারায়   ঝ'রে পড়ে শতলক্ষ ধারায়,
পূর্ণ হবে এ প্রাণ যখন ভরবে॥

তোমার   ফুলে যে রঙ ঘুমের মতো লাগল
আমার   মনে লেগে তবে সে যে জাগল গো।
যে প্রেম কাঁপায় বিশ্ববীণায় পুলকে  সঙ্গীতে সে উঠবে ভেসে পলকে
যে দিন আমার সকল হৃদয় হরবে॥

Tomar ei maaduri chhaapye aakash jhorbe,
Aamar praane noile se ki kothao dorbe?
Ei-je aalo surje grohe taaray jhore pore shatolokkho dhaaray,
Purno hobe e praan jokhon bhorbe.
Tomar phule je rong ghumer moto laaglo
Aamar mone lege tobe se je jaaglo go.
Je prem knaapay bishwobinay puloke songite se uthbe bhese paloke
Je din aamar sokol hridoy horbe.
