বিরহে মরিব ব’লে ছিল মনে পণ,

কে তোরা বাহুতে বাঁধি করিলি বারণ॥

ভেবেছিনু অশ্রুজলে   ডুবিব অকূলতলে—

কাহার সোনার তরী করিল তারণ॥

Transliteration

Birohe moribo bole chhilo mone pon,
Ke tora bahute bnaadhi korili baaron.
Bhebechinu oshrujale dubibo akulotole -
Kaahar sonar tori korilo taaron.
