Bhalomanush noi re mora

ভালো মানুষ নই রে মোরা ভালো মানুষ নই–

গুণের মধ্যে ওই আমাদের, গুণের মধ্যে ওই॥

দেশে দেশে নিন্দে রটে,
        পদে
পদে বিপদ ঘটে–

পুঁথির কথা কই নে মোরা, উল্‍টো কথা কই॥

জন্ম মোদের ত্র্যহস্পর্শে, সকল অনাসৃষ্টি।

ছুটি নিলেন বৃহস্পতি, রইল শনির দৃষ্টি।

অযাত্রাতে নৌকো ভাসা,    রাখি নে, ভাই, ফলের
আশা–

                     আমাদের
আর নাই যে গতি ভেসেই চলা বই॥

Deshe deshe ninde rote, pade pade bipad ghate -
Punthir katha koi ne mora, ulto katha koi.
Janmo moder trahosparshe, sakol-anasrishti.
Chhuti nilen brihospoti, roilo shonir dristi.
Ajaatrate nouko bhaasa, raakhi ne, bhaai, phaler aasha -
Aamader aar naai re goti bhesei chala boi.
