 ধীরে ধীরে ধীরে বও
 ওগো উতল হাওয়া ।
 নিশীথরাতের বাঁশি বাজে,
 শান্ত হও গো, শান্ত হও ।

Dhire dhire dhire bawo ogo utal haawa,
Nisithraater bnaashi baaje -   shaanto hawo go shaanto hawo.
Aami prodipsikha tomar laagi bhoye bhoye eka jaagi,
Moner katha kaane kaane mridu mridu kawo.
Tomar durer gaatha tomar boner baani
Gharer kone deho aani.
Aamar kichhu katha aachhe bhorer belar taarar kaachhe,
Sei kathati tomar kaane chupichupi lawo.
