দ্বারে কেন দিলে নাড়া ওগো মালিনী!

কার কাছে পাবে সাড়া ওগো মালিনী॥

   তুমি তো তুলেছ ফুল, গেঁথেছ মালা,  আমার
আঁধার ঘরে লেগেছে তালা।

খুঁজে তো পাই নি পথ, দীপ জ্বালি নি॥

ওই দেখো গোধূলির ক্ষীণ আলোতে

দিনের শেষের সোনা ডোবে কালোতে।

   আঁধার নিবিড় হলে আসিয়ো পাশে,
যখন দূরের আলো জ্বালে আকাশে

অসীম পথের রাতি   দীপশালিনী॥

Tumi to tulechho phul, gnethechho maala,   aamar aandhar ghare legechhe taala.
Khnuje to paai ni path, deep jwaali ni.
Oi dekho godhulir khin aalote
Diner shesher sona dobe kaalote.
Aandhar nibir hole aasiyo paashe,   jakhon durer aalo jwaale aakashe
Asim pather raati deeposhalini.
