নাই নাই ভয়,
হবে হবে জয়, খুলে যাবে এই দ্বার–

      জানি জানি তোর
বন্ধনডোর ছিঁড়ে যাবে বারে বার॥

      খনে খনে তুই হারায়ে
আপনা   সুপ্তিনিশীথ করিস যাপনা–

      বারে বারে তোরে ফিরে
পেতে হবে বিশ্বের অধিকার॥

      স্থলে জলে তোর আছে
আহ্বান, আহ্বান লোকালয়ে–

      চিরদিন তুই গাহিবি যে
গান সুখে দুখে লাজে ভয়ে।

নদীনির্ঝর   সুরে সুরে তোর মিলাইবে স্বর–

      ছন্দে যে তোর
স্পন্দিত হবে আলোক অন্ধকার॥

Naai naai bhay, habe habe jay khule jaabe ei dwaar -
Jaani jaani tor bandhonodor chhnire jaabe baare baar.
Khane khane tui haaraye aapona    suptinishith koris jaapona -
Baare baare tore phire pete habe bishwer odhikar.
Sthale jale tor aachhe ahwaan, ahwaan lokalaye -
Chirodin tui gaahibi je gaan sukhe dukhe laaje bhaye.
Phulopallabo nodinirjharo    sure sure tor milaibe swar -
Chhande je tor spondito habe aalok andhokar.

FEAR NOT, FOR thou shalt conquer,
Thy doors will open, thy bonds break.
Often thou losest thyself in sleep,
And yet must find back thy world
Again and again.
The call comes to thee from the earth and sky
The call from among men,
The call to sing of gladness and pain,
Of shame and fear.
The leaves and the flowers,
The waters that fall and flow,
Ask for thy notes to mingle with their own,
The darkness and light
To tremble in the rhythm of thy song.

नहीं करो भय, जय होगी जय खुल जायेगी द्वार ।
जान गए तेरे बंधनडोर टूटेंगे बारबार ॥
छन ही छन तू आप खोए - सोकर ही रातें गंवाए,
बार बार तुझे फिर पाना है, विश्व का अधिकार ॥
स्थल और जल से तेरी पुकार, पुकार लोकालय से
हरदम तू गाए जा गीत  सुखदुख लाज भय में -
फुल पल्लव नदी-निर्झर  सुर में तेरे मिलायेंगे सुर
धन्द में तेरे दम भरेंगे आलोक-अंधकार ॥
