শ্রাবণের গগনের গায বিদ্যুৎ চমকিযা যায ।
ক্ষণে ক্ষণে শর্বরী শিহরিযা উঠে, হায ॥
তেমনি তোমার বাণী মর্মতলে যায হানি সঙ্গোপনে,
ধৈরজ যায যে টুটে, হায ॥
যেমন বরষাধারায অরণ্য আপনা হারায বারে বারে
ঘন রস-আবরণে
তেমনি তোমার স্মৃতি ঢেকে ফেলে মোর গীতি
নিবিড ধারে আনন্দ-বরিষণে, হায ॥

Khane khane sharbori shihoriya otthe,  haay.
Temoni tomar baani  marmotale jaay haani  sangopane,
Dhairaja jaay je tute,   haay.
Jemono barshaadhaaray  aronyo aapona haaray  baare baare
Ghano raso-aborane
Temoni tomai smriti  dheke phele mor geeti
Nibiro dhaare   aanondo-borishane,  haay.
