তৃষ্ণার শান্তি, সুন্দরকান্তি,
তুমি এলে নিখিলের সন্তাপভঞ্জন ॥
আঁকো ধরাবক্ষে দিগ্‌বধূচক্ষে
সুশীতল সুকোমল শ্যামরসরঞ্জন ।
এলে বীরছন্দে তব কটিবন্ধে
বিদ্যুৎ-অসিলতা বেজে ওঠে ঝঞ্জন ॥
তব উত্তরীযে ছাযা দিলে ভরিযে—
তমালবনশিখরে নবনীল-অঞ্জন ।
ঝিল্লির মন্দ্রে মালতীর গন্ধে
মিলাইলে চঞ্চল মধুকরগুঞ্জন ।
নৃত্যের ভঙ্গে এলে নবরঙ্গে,
সচকিত পল্লবে নাচে যেন খঞ্জন ॥

Trishnaro shaanti sundorokaanti,
Tumi ele nikhiler santapobhanjono.
Aanko dhorabokkhe, dikbodhuchokkhe
Sushitolo sukomolo shyamorosoranjan
Ele birchhande tabo kotibandhe
Bidyut osilata beje otthe jhonjhon.
Tabo uttoriye chhaaya dile bhoriye –
Tomalobonoshikhore nabonilo-anjan.
Jhillir mondre maalotir gondhe
Milayile chanchol madhukarogunjan.

Sachakito pallobe naache jeno khanjan.
