Amar mukher katha tomar

আমার  মুখের কথা  তোমার    নাম দিয়ে দাও  ধুয়ে,

          আমার নীরবতায়  তোমার    নামটি রাখো  থুয়ে।

          রক্তধারার  ছন্দে আমার   দেহবীণার  তার

          বাজাক  আনন্দে  তোমার    নামেরই  ঝঙ্কার।

          ঘুমের ’পরে জেগে  থাকুক    নামের তারা  তব,

          জাগরণের  ভালে আঁকুক   অরুণলেখা  নব।

          সব  আকাঙক্ষা  আশায় তোমার   নামটি জ্বলুক শিখা,

          সকল  ভালোবাসায়  তোমার    নামটি রহুক  লিখা।

          সকল  কাজের শেষে  তোমার    নামটি উঠুক ফ’লে

          রাখব কেঁদে হেসে  তোমার    নামটি বুকে  কোলে।

          জীবনপদ্মে  সঙ্গোপনে   রবে  নামের মধু,

          তোমায়  দিব মরণ-ক্ষণে   তোমারি  নাম বঁধু॥

Raktodhaarar chhande aamar     dehobinar taar
Baajak aanonde tomar     nameri jhankar.
Ghumer pore jege thaakuk     naamer taara tabo,
Jaagoraner bhaale aankuk     orunlekha nabo.
Sab aakankha aashay tomar    naamti jwoluk shikha,
Sakol bhaalobasay tomar     naamti rohuk likha.
Sakol kaajer sheshe tomar     naamti uthuk phole,
Raakhbo knede hese tomar     naamti buke kole.
Jibonpadde sangopane     robe naamer modhu,
Tomay dibo maron-khane     tomari naam bnodhu.
