শরতে আজ কোন্ অতিথি এল প্রাণের দ্বারে ।
আনন্দগান গা রে হৃদয, আনন্দগান গা রে ॥
নীল আকাশের নীরব কথা শিশির-ভেজা ব্যাকুলতা
বেজে উঠুক আজি তোমার বীণার তারে তারে ॥
শষ্যক্ষেতের সোনার গানে যোগ দে রে আজ সমান তানে,
ভাসিযে দে সুর ভরা নদীর অমল জলধারে ।
যে এসেছে তাহার মুখে দেখ্ রে চেযে গভীর সুখে,
দুযার খুলে তাহার সাথে বাহির হযে যা রে ॥

Nil aakesher nirob kotha    shishir-bheja byakulata
Beje uthuk aaji tomar binar taare taare.
Shashyakheter sonar gaane    jog de re aaj saman taane,
Bhaasiye de sur bhara nodir amol jalodhaare.
Je esechhe taahar mukhe    dekh re cheye gobhir sukhe,
Duwar khule taahar saathe baahir hoye ja re.
