    তোমার   সোনার  থালায় সাজাব  আজ দুখের অশ্রুধার।

          জননী  গো, গাঁথব  তোমার গলার  মুক্তাহার॥

            চন্দ্র  সূর্য পায়ের  কাছে   মালা হয়ে জড়িয়ে  আছে,

      তোমার   বুকে  শোভা পাবে  আমার দুখের  অলঙ্কার॥

            ধন  ধান্য তোমারি  ধন কী করবে তা  কও।

            দিতে  চাও তো দিয়ো  আমায়, নিতে  চাও তো লও।

          দুঃখ  আমার ঘরের  জিনিস,   খাঁটি  রতন তুই তো  চিনিস–

      তোর    প্রসাদ  দিয়ে তারে  কিনিস এ মোর  অহঙ্কার॥

Jononi go, gnanbo tomar galaar muktohaar.
Chandro surjo paayer kaachhe maala hoye joriye aachhe,
Tomar buke shobha paabe aamar dukher alonkar.
Dhon dhannya tomari dhon ki korbe ta kao.
Dite chaayo to diyo aamay, nite chaayo to law.
Dukkho aamar ghorer jinis, khnaati raton tui to chinis-
Tor prosad diye taare kinis e mor ahonkar.
