श्रावणघनगहन मोहे     गोपन तव चरण
फेले

        निशार मतो
नीरव ओहे,      सवार दिठि
एड़ाय़े एले॥

        प्रभात
आजि मुदेछे आँखि,   वातास वृथा येतेछे डाकि,

        निलाज नील
आकाश ढाकि    निविड़ मेघ के दिल मेले॥

        कूजनहीन
काननभूमि,   दुय़ार देओय़ा सकल घरे–

        एकेला
कोन् पथिक तुमि   पथिकहीन पथेर ’परे।
